Hope everyone enjoyed their summer because now it’s “Back To School!”
This summer felt like it went by quick and in four more months it’s 2022! Ok ok that’s too fast, right? Let’s get these kids in school and make sure we set aside some time to get in some self care too. It’s a lot we know but it’s necessary for you to feel your best in order to take care of others.
So, for today’s Workout Wednesday here are 3 easy workouts you can do at home before the kids wake up!

Push-Ups
You can never go wrong doing push- ups. If you’re a beginner you can start by doing 4 sets of 10 and if you’re a vet you can start by doing 4 sets of 25 and if you’re an expert you can start by doing 4 sets of 100.

Sit-Ups
Now, let’s face it, who let their gut get a bit too big this summer? If you’re a beginner try 4 sets of 10 and for the vets do 4 sets of 25. If you do this till Christmas along with reducing high fatty foods and empty carbs you will see results, aka 6 pack!

Pull-Ups
This exercise you’ll need a pull-up bar. If you have one great, if you don’t and not in the position to buy one… check out your local park. For beginners do 4 set of 5 and for vets 4 sets of 25. You do these exercises for at least 4 days out the week and by next summer you will be ready to join BayWatch lol.
These 3 exercises will take no more than 30 minutes to do and if you need any motivation just ask your kids to join you!
