Get fit with the kids
Getting fit with the kids is a good way to spend your evening and weekends, helping to keep both them and you healthy. There are a lot of ways to exercise as a family, including walking, sports nights, and playing games like soccer in your backyard. Find an activity you can all enjoy together, it will help make family bonding time extra special. Running around after the kids can be a great workout on its own, but working on boosting your fitness in other ways will make sure you can keep up with them for years to come!

Do a short, challenging workout
Some of the most enjoyable workouts are the ones that really allow you to push yourself. For example, a 30-minute HIIT workout is great for really pushing yourself. It’s a short workout that can be tough, but will actually be great fun. The workouts will get easier as the weeks go on, helping you see how far you’ve come along on your fitness journey

Start cycling to work
Cycling to work is an excellent way to commute. Not only can it help you get fit, but it will help you save money and help the environment too. Cycling is easy and affordable, and it can be great to get some fresh air in the morning. Often cycling can be quicker than a car journey, helping you avoid all of the traffic that can leave you frustrated before you’ve even got into the office in the morning!
Staying fit as a parent is important. You want to be able to see your kids grow up, and join in with them too! It’s also a good way to enjoy some ‘me time’ and give yourself a break once in a while. Find ways to get fit that you can enjoy and it will feel like much less of a chore. A few weeks into your new fitness routine and you’ll be sure to feel the benefits inside and out!
